Why was Jesus born!!

Why was Jesus born!!

When God created the world, the world was full of goodness. God did not create anything that was evil. There was no theft, murder, jealous and other evil. But the first ever people created on the earth Adam and Eve(the story of Adam and Eve is given in the video below) disobeyed God and brought sin(all evil) into the world. As soon as sin entered the world, God knew that there should be someone who should suffer the punishment for the sin that humans are doing. So ages and ages ago, Jesus was destined to be born and die on the Cross for the sake of the humankind and open the gates of Heaven. What a wonderful God He is. He knew that we would be punished by the law. But He was willing to come down to earth so humbly as a human and take that punishment for our sake so that we would be free. The verse below is the curse given to the evil one whom we call satan(or the devil). Now this verse means that Jesus would be born on the earth to  defeat all evil on the cross which is mentioned as “strike you(the devil) on the head”.

Genesis 3:15

(CEV)  You and this woman will hate each other; your descendants and hers will always be enemies. One of hers will strike you on the head, and you will strike him on the heel."
