Healed the Blind!

Jesus and his disciples went to Jericho. They were followed by a large crowd. A blind beggar, Bartimaeus, was sitting beside the road. When he heard that Jesus was on the way, he cried loud, "Jesus, Son of David, have pity on me!" Many people told the man to stop, but he cried even louder, "Son of David, have pity on me!" Jesus stopped and said, "Call him over!" They called out to the blind man and said, "Don't be afraid! Come on! He is calling for you." The man threw off his coat as he jumped up and ran to Jesus. Jesus asked, "What do you want me to do for you?" The blind man answered, "Master, I want to see!" Jesus told him, "You may go. Your eyes are healed because of your faith." Right away the man could see, and he went along with Jesus.

Lessons to be learnt:

1)      The blind man called Jesus Christ for help even when many people tried to suppress him. Today you might also be in need of something which you believe that Jesus Christ can do for you. There are many around you trying to suppress you from calling Jesus Christ in prayer. But just as this blind man take a step ahead call out to Him repeatedly and He will answer you.

2)     When asked, the blind man replied that he wanted to see. This denotes a high level of faith. Because he believed that Jesus Christ can heal him. Jesus saw his faith and healed him just as he wanted.

Mark 10:52

(Hindi) यीशु ने उस से कहा? चला जा, तेरे विश्वास ने तुझे चंगा कर दिया है: और वह तुरन्‍त देखने लगा, और मार्ग में उसके पीछे हो लिया।।

(ISV)  Jesus told him, "Go. Your faith has made you well." At once the man could see again, and he began to follow Jesus down the road.

(Tamil OV)  இயேசு அவனை நோக்கி: நீ போகலாம், உன் விசுவாசம் உன்னை இரட்சித்தது என்றார். உடனே அவன் பார்வையடைந்து, வழியிலே இயேசுவுக்குப் பின்சென்றான்.

(Telugu)  అందుకు యేసు - నీవు వెళ్లుము; నీ విశ్వాసము నిన్ను స్వస్థపరచెనని చెప్పెను. వెంటనే వాడు దృష్టిగలవాడై త్రోవను ఆయనవెంట వెళ్లెను.

(Mal) യേശു അവനോടുപോക; നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം നിന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു. ഉടനെ അവന്‍ കാഴ്ച പ്രാപിച്ചു യാത്രയില്‍ അവനെ അനുഗമിച്ചു.

(Kan) ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ--ಹೋಗು, ನಿನ್ನ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಪಡಿಸಿದೆ ಅಂದನು. ಕೂಡಲೆ ಅವನು ತನ್ನ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿ ಆ ಮಾರ್ಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಯೇಸು ವನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದನು.
