He made peace even when He was tortured!!!

He made peace even when He was tortured!!!
When it comes to peace and mercy, we can never forget our Lord Jesus.  As we have already sent you mail in crucifixion(nailing of Jesus to the Cross) I  hope you know what happened then.
Jesus was falsely accused of and the people wanted Him to be nailed on the cross for having proclaimed Himself as God’s Son. The very same Jesus had done so many miracles among them saving many people and healing them from their sickness previous to this.

But Jesus was patient and was not angry with the people. He could have argued and fought with the people saying “ Haven’t you not received My miracles, have I not healed your sickness, have I not made the blind see, the lame to walk. How then could you ask Me to be nailed on the Cross.”  But He dint utter a word.

Finally when they had their way of nailing Jesus to the cross. The people and the Roman soldiers made so much fun of Jesus treating Him so badly. People who passed by said terrible things about Jesus. They shook their heads and shouted, " If you are God's Son, save yourself and come down from the cross!" The chief priests, the leaders, and the teachers of the Law also made fun of Jesus. They said, "He saved others, but he can't save himself. If he is the king of Israel, he should come down from the cross! Then we will believe him.  He trusted God, so let God save him, if he wants to. He even said he was God's Son." But even then He asked the women who were crying looking at all these things “Women of Jerusalem, don't cry for me!”

He was patient to the extent that when He was nailed to the cross never did anything to oppose it. He was tortured, He was hit with nails on hands and feet. He was pierced with a thorn crown on His head. He was bleeding out of the wounds that came from flogging by the Roman soldiers. Even then He made peace. Finally He said those beautiful words
Father, forgive these people! They don't know what they're doing

This is Christ’s Love for us. The punishment that brought us peace was upon Him. He made peace for us. For we had lost that peace while we were still sinners. But He nailed every evil on the cross and suffered the punishment for our peace to be regained . So should we ruin that peace? Should we take for granted the peace that had made Jesus suffer like anything ? God calls us His children, as is the Father so will be the son/daughter. So shouldn’t we hold peace and try to create peace among all people of the world? So are you ready to hold peace no matter however you are troubled? Then let’s get started now. Amen!
